We focus on industrial products and application development, with end-to-end equipment support from installation and commissioning to operation and maintenance. Through reliable delivery and on-site execution, we help customers improve efficiency, quality and safety—making every industrial deployment more efficient and dependable.
Technology & Products
Selection and supply support for vacuum and high-temperature detection, industrial sensing, and critical components. We review optical paths, materials, and mounting to support application validation.
Local installation, commissioning, and delivery support in Vietnam and India. With commissioning at the core, we coordinate installation, troubleshooting, and on-site maintenance to the agreed scope.
Reflectors for vacuum and high-temperature use need the right material, geometry, and mounting. Start with the optical distance, angle, and available space, then assess vacuum, temperature, and cleaning conditions. Sample testing and signal checks help evaluate suitability for the specific equipment.
Wafer-handling parts must balance particle control, low outgassing, wear resistance, and surface protection. Check pad dimensions, contact geometry, and operating conditions before comparing materials. Samples and usage feedback help assess contact marks, stability, and replacement intervals.
Equipment arriving overseas still needs commissioning, trial operation, and handover. For Vietnam and India projects, plan support around the equipment, schedule, and site, with clear roles for the manufacturer and local team. Issue logs and operating checks connect this work to training and on-site support.
Optical detection, contact materials, and critical parts for vacuum, high-temperature, and wafer-handling equipment, with application validation support.
Make critical conditions clearer and precision measurement more reliable. Applied to the measurement and monitoring of position, dimensions, temperature, thickness and other key parameters in precision equipment.

Planned content: reflector location, detection target and outgoing / returning optical paths. Material selection and validation will be populated from verified source documents.
Planned content: the relationship between robot fingers, contact pads and the wafer. Dimensions, materials and test evidence await source verification.
Planned content: commissioning tasks, team responsibilities, escalation and acceptance handover. Specific project records and outcomes await confirmation.
Explore glass reflectors against vacuum, temperature, cleaning media and optical installation conditions.
The challenge
How can retroreflective detection balance material compatibility and signal stability in vacuum, heat and cleaning environments?
Selection begins with mounting relationships: the reflector position, possible obstructions and whether the sensor is outside the chamber. A diagram should show outgoing and returning light and the target before available space is assessed.
Solution & application
Planned content: reflector location, detection target and outgoing / returning optical paths. Material selection and validation will be populated from verified source documents.
Describe temperature, vacuum and cleaning conditions separately, including duration and variation. Use those conditions to assess materials, structure and mounting; a material name alone does not validate the complete detection arrangement.
Validation & results
Validation records should identify the actual sensor, optical distance and angle, and signal behaviour before and after environmental changes. Record conditions, sample revision and limitations, and confirm suitability against that evidence.
This is a technical-note draft without approved test data, customer names or project outcomes. Conditions, procedure, results and limitations will be added before publication.
Discuss your application
Share equipment structure, operating conditions or project scope to make the discussion specific.
Explore robot contact pads against dimensions, materials, particles and service-life requirements.
The challenge
Wafer-handling contact parts must account for particles, outgassing, wear and surface protection.
A pad is the contact interface between a robot and the wafer. Selection starts with contact locations, dimensions, quantity and handling method, before material and replacement intervals are considered.
Solution & application
Planned content: the relationship between robot fingers, contact pads and the wafer. Dimensions, materials and test evidence await source verification.
The diagram should show robot fingers, pads and wafer, with a magnified contact area. Compare candidate materials against the same contact structure rather than equating service-life descriptions from different conditions.
Validation & results
Organize sample records around surface marks, particles, wear and contact stability. Specific replacement scope and maintenance intervals should be discussed only after trial conditions and results are clear.
This is a technical-note draft without approved test data, customer names or project outcomes. Conditions, procedure, results and limitations will be added before publication.
Discuss your application
Share equipment structure, operating conditions or project scope to make the discussion specific.
Explore sensing spots, through-beam optics and sensor arrangements against wafer spacing and installation space.
The challenge
Space-constrained wafer detection requires a clear target, optical position and resolution requirement.
The task may be slot occupancy, edge position or abnormal placement. These tasks place different demands on optics and space; first show the states that must be distinguished in the equipment structure.
Solution & application
Planned content: wafer slots, emitter / receiver locations and the sensing path. Detailed structure and performance data are pending.
Show emitter and receiver, wafer edge and available mounting space in one diagram, then assess range, response needs and interference. Product specifications must be considered together with the mounting arrangement.
Validation & results
Test both normal and relevant abnormal states, recording the relationship between signal and mechanical position. Resolution and usable scope depend on the confirmed test conditions.
This is a technical-note draft without approved test data, customer names or project outcomes. Conditions, procedure, results and limitations will be added before publication.
Discuss your application
Share equipment structure, operating conditions or project scope to make the discussion specific.
Review replacement compatibility from the original model, mounting dimensions, sensing distance and interface.
The challenge
Replacement parts need to match the original equipment’s mechanical dimensions, electrical interface and detection task.
A similar shape or sensing range does not establish interchangeability. Compare the original model, dimensions, interface, output type and switching logic item by item.
Document similarities and differences separately, showing which differences can be addressed through mounting, wiring or settings, and which need further validation.
Validation & results
Confirm individual fit and equipment behaviour before planning a wider replacement. Do not extend one test conclusion to equipment models or conditions not covered by it.
This is a technical-note draft without approved test data, customer names or project outcomes. Conditions, procedure, results and limitations will be added before publication.
Discuss your application
Share equipment structure, operating conditions or project scope to make the discussion specific.
Explore coordination between the manufacturer and local engineers during startup, functional checks and trial runs.
The challenge
An overseas site needs technical coordination between the equipment maker, local engineers and operating team.
Overseas commissioning requires equipment makers, local teams and operators to work from a shared task and issue list, covering equipment status, remaining functions and matters requiring manufacturer decisions.
Solution & application
Planned content: commissioning tasks, team responsibilities, escalation and acceptance handover. Specific project records and outcomes await confirmation.
Commissioning follows agreed scope and authorization. Define responsibility for troubleshooting, software changes and process adjustment. Escalated issues should include reproducible information and a record of actions.
Validation & results
Explain outcomes through functional checks, trial-run records, acceptance lists and handover documents. Yield, cycle-time or capacity targets become delivery outcomes only when explicitly agreed and verified.
This is a technical-note draft without approved test data, customer names or project outcomes. Conditions, procedure, results and limitations will be added before publication.
Discuss your application
Share equipment structure, operating conditions or project scope to make the discussion specific.
Explore coordination across mechanical, electrical and piping work, with installation checks and commissioning handover.
The challenge
Overseas line installation involves multiple trades and requires a clear scope and commissioning-handover criteria.
Installation involves mechanical, electrical and possible piping interfaces. Confirm drawing revisions, site readiness, tools, permits and manufacturer involvement before work starts.
Solution & application
Planned content: equipment layout, installation interfaces and handover checks. Site, scope and results will be verified against source material.
A task diagram combining equipment layout and trade responsibilities helps identify overlaps and dependencies. Installation completion checks should correspond to the entry conditions for commissioning.
Validation & results
Handover should record completed items, open issues and owners. Demobilization is not evidence of acceptance; project inspection and acceptance records determine the outcome.
This is a technical-note draft without approved test data, customer names or project outcomes. Conditions, procedure, results and limitations will be added before publication.
Discuss your application
Share equipment structure, operating conditions or project scope to make the discussion specific.
Explore local response and manufacturer support for operating issues, routine maintenance and operator training.
The challenge
After startup, the site needs coordinated issue response, maintenance, manufacturer support and operator handover.
Resident support centres on logged issues, response and escalation, not unlimited equipment redesign. Equipment, shifts and service duration determine the required staffing.
Solution & application
Planned content: issue logs, diagnosis, escalation, closure and training. Customer details, personnel experience and delivery results are pending verification.
Distinguish routine maintenance, local troubleshooting, manufacturer support and operator training. A closed-loop diagram can show how an issue moves from discovery to resolution, verification and handover.
Validation & results
Organize service records by issue category, actions, restoration and recurring problems. Interpret operating performance alongside production conditions rather than attributing all improvement to resident support.
This is a technical-note draft without approved test data, customer names or project outcomes. Conditions, procedure, results and limitations will be added before publication.
