01 Scope and contact

This notice covers the Teconce website, business enquiries and expressions of career interest. The website uses the name Teconce Automation Technologies. Its Chinese business entity is 成都拓思自动化技术有限公司. The Vietnam entity is TECONCE VIET NAM INDUSTRY COMPANY LIMITED; the contracting party for a project is identified in its written documents.

02 Information and the current preview

Business enquiry fields cover company, contact name, email, phone and a brief. Conditions, models, quantities, project arrangements and attachments are supplementary. Career-interest fields cover name, contact information, professional background and an optional CV. Do not provide identity documents, bank details, health data or unauthorized third-party information.

This website currently generates drafts in the current browser session only. It does not upload forms or selected files to a Teconce server. Downloaded drafts remain on your device. Browser autofill, history and file caches are managed by your browser.

03 Purposes and processing basis

Information that you choose to send by email or another channel is intended for replying, understanding applications, evaluating projects, arranging business discussions or considering professional collaboration. Processing must have an applicable lawful basis. Purposes requiring consent must be presented separately; optional marketing consent is not bundled with an enquiry.

The website prototype does not perform credit scoring, automated rejection of candidates or other automated decisions with significant effects on individuals.

04 Sharing and cross-border coordination

Business coordination should share only necessary information with people and providers involved in the project. Before information is sent to Vietnam, India or another overseas recipient, identify the recipient, purpose, data categories and safeguards, and complete applicable notices, consent or other procedures. Browsing this page does not authorize sharing with all partners.

This version has no connected CRM, recruitment platform or analytics service. If local fonts are unavailable, it may request Google Fonts, whose service may receive IP and request information. External sites apply their own privacy rules when you follow their links.

05 Retention and security

Information entered in the enquiry form is not uploaded to a Teconce server. Retention for material you send separately should depend on project needs, contractual records, disputes and applicable legal duties. Information should be deleted or anonymized when no longer required. Retention periods and access permissions must be defined before online submission is enabled.

No network transmission should be treated as absolutely secure. Before sharing confidential drawings, process parameters or source code, confirm authorization and the transfer method, and use a confidentiality agreement where needed.

06 Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about processing and request access, copies, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or other remedies. Portability and objection rights may also apply. Requests should receive a response within applicable deadlines, with proportionate identity checks and reasons for any refusal. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

This website is intended for industrial business and professional collaboration, not children. Please contact us if submitted material includes a child’s information or unnecessary sensitive data. Notice updates will carry a version date; material changes to purposes or methods require appropriate renewed disclosure.

01 Current configuration

This version does not actively set advertising or analytics cookies or load marketing pixels. Language is reflected in the URL lang parameter and case filters in the URL fragment; neither is a cookie. Enquiry and career-interest form inputs remain in page memory. A short submission cooldown timestamp is stored in session storage.

Privacy preferences do not open automatically on the first visit. You can open them manually from this page or from “Privacy Preferences” under Website Information. Only after you save a choice does this device store teconce_consent_v1, for up to the currently configured 180 days, to remember the choice. It does not store forms or CVs.

02 Fonts, video and external links

Videos are configured as direct media files, without an embedded third-party video platform. Font fallback may request Google Fonts when local fonts are unavailable. Such requests are distinct from cookies but may transmit an IP address, browser information and request details.

Social icons are images and do not automatically connect to social platforms. Once approved links are added, following them leaves this website; the destination explains its own storage and tracking practices.

03 Choice and withdrawal

If optional analytics or marketing is introduced, the tools, purposes, duration and recipients will first be listed with equally accessible accept, reject and customize options. Where consent is required, the relevant functionality will not load before consent. Continuing to browse is not consent.

You can clear site data in your browser. Once the preference mechanism is enabled, you can also change or withdraw choices here at any time. Clearing local settings may reset preferences but should not prevent access to ordinary business content.

This website presents Teconce’s technical products, overseas engineering services and application information, and supports initial business discussions. Browsing, generating a draft or downloading a file does not create an order, accepted quotation or service contract.

02 Technical information and project agreements

Product suitability depends on model, material, interfaces, conditions, validation and installation. Images and principle diagrams do not replace approved drawings, procedures or safety assessments. Scope, performance, acceptance, warranties and responsibilities are governed by formal written agreement.

Published reference rates apply only under their stated assumptions. Project pricing requires confirmation of location, role, level, hours, travel, tax treatment and validity. Examples are not fixed commitments, and results from one project do not automatically apply to other conditions.

03 Intellectual property and brands

Website marks, text, graphics and authorized documents are protected by applicable rights. They may be used for internal business evaluation with attribution; unauthorized resale, removal of rights notices, impersonation or claimed endorsement is not permitted. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners; mention of a brand does not itself establish a current authorized-distributor relationship.

04 Acceptable use and supplied material

Provide accurate, relevant information you are authorized to share. Do not submit malware, unlawful content, others’ private information or unauthorized customer material, interfere with the site, bypass controls or probe unauthorized interfaces. Agree confidentiality and transfer arrangements first for sensitive projects.

05 External content, responsibility and updates

External destinations and files are managed by their respective providers. Content may change for maintenance or correction, and continuous availability is not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes mandatory legal obligations, fraud or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or replaces a signed contract.

Questions and errors can be reported through company business contacts. Applicable law and disputes follow the relevant contract and mandatory law; this page does not replace agreed jurisdiction or arbitration provisions.

01 Integrity and scope

Business discussions should use accurate product information, service scope and project records. Unfinished projects must not be described as delivered cases, partner experience as independently delivered work, or resource coverage as owned branches or certifications. Customer names, images and published cases require appropriate authorization.

02 Cross-border trade and end use

Cross-border goods, technical information and software require review against product characteristics, origin, destination, end user and end use. Required permits, customs procedures and other steps must precede delivery. False declarations, third-party routing or renaming must not be used to evade restrictions. Website information does not replace transaction-specific compliance review.

03 Business conduct and conflicts

Business must not be obtained through bribery, kickbacks, improper benefits or false records. Conflicts of interest, pricing and procurement arrangements should be disclosed accurately and confirmed through proper channels. Suppliers, partner engineering teams and customers must observe applicable business and employment rules.

Specialist trades, equipment operation and controlled-area work require relevant qualifications and customer approval. Technical diagrams and case descriptions are not safety instructions and must not be used to bypass isolation, permits or risk assessment.
